From the beach or by boat?

A beach is not automatically a snorkelling site. Shore entry may still require a boat transfer to an island; read each guide. Months are usual planning windows, not guarantees of visibility, weather or departures. Activity filters show what sources describe for each destination; access notices remain linked above. Photos and older videos do not prove current access or reef condition.
