An Bàng

A sandy beach near Hội An that combines easily with an evening in the lantern-lit old town. Places to eat line the shore, while beach walkers can continue along the coast.

Getting there

Travel from Hội An by taxi or bicycle towards An Bàng. Use an established public access point and ask about conditions before using a sunbed.

Swimming & sea

This is open sea. Check surf and beach flags, choose a supervised area where available, and do not swim when prohibited. Calm-looking morning water does not predict the rest of the day.

Facilities & atmosphere

Beach restaurants, cafés and sunbed operators; charges and minimum orders vary by business.

When to go?

March–August is a useful planning window for beach days, with hot summer months. Rain increases sharply in autumn. These months are a seasonal suggestion, not a swimming guarantee.
